Job Description
What does a typical day look like? daily tasks -
1. Helping Supporting app teams on failed ci/cd pipelines.
2. Verifying and/or onboarding Hashicorp vault roles.
3. working with customers directly over various communication channels.
4. Checking health of Hashicorp Vault ecosystem and reporting any issues observed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarization with ServiceNow ticketing
Knowledge of Gitlab concepts: branching merge requests pipelines templates
Knowledge of PCF Kubernetes
Knowledge of Privileged secrets management at highlevel. Hashicorp Vault is preferred
Experience in working with customers 1:1 to understand their issues and resolve
Awareness of basic AWS concepts: ELBS3spinning up instances KMS
Health monitoring of Hashicorp vault platform in AWS
Awareness of LB LTMGTM concepts.
Knowledge basic utlities ping curl wget scp
Knowledge of Basic Unix commands
Zeal to learn new platforms
Document new support case types resolutions in JIRA confluence
Able to work with other teams to drive for resolution
