Description :
The Order Management Associate will be a key member of our Insurance Verification team helping ensure our wound care patients receive the critical therapy they need.
The successful candidate will be responsible for validating prescriptions, communicating order status via email and phone, updating the status of orders, and verifying insurance benefits.
The person will be a motivated multi-tasker who can work closely with our internal sales team, CSR team, clinicians, and patients.
The successful Order Fulfillment Associate will employ our Solventum Cultural Elements daily :
- Provide excellent, professional customer service to all internal and external customers
- Work independently as well as team environment
- Willingness to work rotating Holidays and Weekend coverage
- Adapt to rapidly changing patient needs for life-saving therapy; thrive on having multiple competing priorities
The ideal candidate will :
- Balance multiple competing priorities from demanding customers in an ever-changing environment
- Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
- Meet weekly / monthly / quarterly production expectations based on department priorities
- Be available by phone during working hours
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated work ethic to work in a hybrid remote work environment

Additional Skills & Qualifications :
- High School Diploma / GED or higher
- One (1) years of customer service or call center experience
- One (1) years of experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook Email
- Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include :
- One or more years of related healthcare experience.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast paced and changing environment
- Nice to Have : Willingness to work a night shift or weekend schedule
Work Environment :
- Local to San Antonio, TX but also open to non local candidates within Texas!
- Laptop and monitors will be shipped to candidate. Local candidates can pick up accessories from office, non local will have all equipment shipped to home
- Must have capability to be hard wired into internet - no wifi (need an ethernet cable connection)
- Hybrid-Quarterly moments that matter (training, townhalls, etc.) and 1 week / per yearly quarter
- Non-local candidates will not be required to come into office for Moments that Matter events
Shifts : 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm. 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm
