TOP SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 2 years of experience working within a CRM. Salesforce preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel including pivot tables, v look ups, reading charts, data, etc.
- Documentation and updating tasks, calling customers for statuses and invoicing
Basic understanding of IT or Cable industry (networking, servers, internet). Telecom, Construction, or Engineering knowledge is a plus!

Job Description:
TEKsystems is currently looking to bring on a Project Coordinator that can help with invoicing, billing process improvement, and documentation within a Salesforce-based tool. Our customer is transitioning planning & design responsibilities to a newly formed division design team. The "P2" team will perform invoicing, job creations, tracking, change management, and ticket closing. Training within the specific internal CRM will be provided.
