Mortgage Admin Specialist (Entry Level)
Job Posting for Mortgage Admin Specialist (Entry Level) at TEKsystems
TEKsystems is currently seeking candidates for multiple SCRA Specialist positions in the loan servicing department of a Fortune 100 credit union!
This will be a hybrid role and will require at least 2 days per week on-site.
Description:
To review and process requests for an interest rate reduction based on the Service Member Civil Rights Act.
Responsible for serving members by answering SCRA and mortgage-related inquiries and questions about the credit union mortgage products, loans, and credit cards.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of recent admin/customer service experience in an office setting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and great data entry skills
- Strong written, oral, and telephone communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Training Schedule: 8 AM-4:30 PM
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, hours are 10:00 AM-6:30 PM
