Mortgage specialist

TEKsystems is currently hiring entry level candidates to work as a Mortgage Administrative Specialist for a Fortune 100 Finanical Institution!

This opportunity offers a hybrid schedule - 2 days on-site required - candidates must be comfortable commuting to Winchester, VA campus.

Job Description :

• The 3DD Specialist Helps to Provide Administrative Duties to Ensure Quality Service Throughout the Loan Process.
• The Specialist Works with The Processing, Closing and First Purchase Teams to Provide A 3 Day Turn Around on Documents Needed To Ensure The Closing Is On Time.
• 3DD will be reviewing contracts to create and send initial documents for mortgage applications within proper time frames.
• The role includes successfully identifying contract / state specific fees and understanding governing compliance for mortgage documents.

Qualifications :

• Data entry skills (must complete alpha numeric data entry)
• Good team player
• Willing and eager to learn
• Must be able to organize your own time and remain on track with time management.
• Communication is an expected part for these positions to be able to give and accept feedback, report concerns as they find them and other information that impacts their day to day.

Shift

• Training : Mon-Fri : 9 : 00am 5 : 30pm
• Mon-Fri 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm OR 11 : 30am 8 : 00pm
