Project Coordinator

Description:

1. Strategic Vision:
   1. Strategic vision to understand the organization's goals and align the BYOD policy with these objectives.
   2. Ability to foresee the potential impact of BYOD on various aspects of the business, specifically adaption and productivity.
2. Communication Skills:
   1. Effective communication to support transition to BYOD.
   2. Ability to clearly articulate the rationale behind the BYOD policy to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including employees, management, IT staff, and security teams.
   3. Facilitate dialogue to address concerns, gather feedback, and ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities in the transition process, if applicable
3. Technical Proficiency:
   1. A solid understanding of both mobile technologies and IT infrastructure.
   2. Familiar with various mobile device platforms, operating systems, security protocols, and mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
   3. Technical expertise to evaluate and select appropriate tools and technologies to support the BYOD policy while ensuring data security, compliance defined by engineer team, and support user experience.
