Provider Relations Associate

Provider Relations Specialist

M-F 8-5pm

Fully remote role, must be able to train on site in Lincoln, NE before working remotely and live in Nebraska.

Description:

• Maintains contract knowledge to ensure customers receive accurate and compliant information.

• Performs administrative updates and changes within service standards.

• Assists with system enhancement development and testing.

• Provides backup support to other positions in the department.

• Responds to customer service phone or email inquiries – limited phone; frequent emails.

• Other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Customer Service experience in any capacity
• Previous experience working in the insurance or financial services field is a plus
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and show a strong commitment to customer service.
• Excellent telephone skills, problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills are required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines
• Personal computer experience in database, spreadsheet, word processing and internet navigation software.
• Planning, organizational and mathematical skills are important.
• Excellent communication skills, PC skills (Word & Excel) and good mathematical aptitude.
