What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Administrator position at TEKsystems?
Role Objective: This position is responsible for assisting the Deal Management team in all aspects of contractual sales management support for the Global Distribution Group
*Summary of Role Responsibilities:*
- Prepare availability reports
- Clear product for sale
- Research materials and asset requirements with Product Fulfillment
- Assist with creating Customer Notices and Avail Support
- Deal entry of license terms for new deals into company databases
- Deal entry for amendments to existing deals into company databases
- Assist with tracking product for inclusion in output and ROS deals and library selects with customers as requested.
- Ad hoc projects and requests as required
QUALIFICATION
* Essential
* Relevant work experience in television or a related media
* Demonstrated ability to read and interpret license agreement terms for product sales
* Strong Microsoft office and software application skills
* Excel, Outlook, Microsoft
Desirable
- 1-2 years of related experience working in Television contract or sales administration capacity
SKILLS AND ABILITIES Essential
- Time management planning and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Must be extremely detail oriented
- Must be a team player
