- Internal Front Office Lead
- Manage Customer Service Team (4 people)
- Directly manage order management, service, and support
- Control appropriate documents and procedures including updates.
- Internal Training as needed.
- External Training as needed.
- Compliance Trainings as needed.
- Weekly Team Meetings and Updates
- Individual Case Monitoring
- More Duties as assigned
- Preferred 5 Years Managerial Experience
- Preferred 5 Years Customer Service Experience
- Preferred 2 Years Manufacturing site experience.
