· We’re currently seeking a full-time attorney with at least two years of experience who shares the same client-focused approach.

· Our firm covers multiple different practice areas, and we are looking for someone who can represent clients in personal injury, construction defects, and insurance defense matters.

Objectives of this role:

• Advise, advocate for, and represent our client's interests or issues
• Maintain a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances, and conferences based on case requirements
• Communicate with clients on a regular basis

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial consultations
• Draft pleadings and responses
• Draft discovery requests and responses
• Work closely with clients to prepare accurate, persuasive briefs and motions for every case that goes to trial
• Conduct depositions and perform research
• Ability to proactively manage a regular caseload.

Skills and qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in Alabama
• At least two years of litigation experience
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent writing skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
