Objectives of this role:
- Advise, advocate for, and represent our client's interests or issues
- Maintain a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances, and conferences based on case requirements
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations
- Draft pleadings and responses
- Draft discovery requests and responses
- Work closely with clients to prepare accurate, persuasive briefs and motions for every case that goes to trial
- Conduct depositions and perform research
- Ability to proactively manage a regular caseload.
Skills and qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in Alabama
- At least two years of litigation experience
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent writing skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
