Responsibilities:
- Activate the Connection: Handle inbound calls and emails from new customers eager to activate their client products. Your clear and supportive communication will guide them seamlessly through the process.
- Database Dynamo: Accurate data entry is your superpower. You’ll enter and update information in our relevant databases, ensuring smooth operations.
- CRM Maestro: Track the activation process using Salesforce’s customer relationship management (CRM) system. You’ll manage case queues, and follow-ups, and ensure no account detail goes missing.
- Product Whisperer: Dive deep into the client product universe. Understand their functionality and troubleshoot like a pro. Share this knowledge with our customers.
