Responsibilities:
PLS Support for calls such as Dell ClientTransformation Services calls, installing and servicing PCs, and PC peripherals and/or electronic equipment
Takes service calls and performs incident specific activities as directed by Help Desk, Service Desk or script
May perform routine installs, moves, adds and changes as part of a directed team, including:
Complex desktop and laptop break fix workWhole unit replacementSimple desktop printer fixesLoad software with a script
General Job Information:
- Candidate will be taking PC hardware break fix calls at various locations.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass drug and background screening.
- Must be able to complete required product training.
Required Skills:
- DELL Desktop PC,
- Install/Support, Expert
- A Certification (preferred)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
