What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Rep position at TekWisen Software Pvt. Ltd?
- We are in need of a temporary employee for approximately 90 days.
- This position would work in our parts department and would be 97% computer/telephone work – answering calls from customers and from our Service department, ordering parts, working the Parts Customer Pick-Up counter.
- They would need proficient computer skills in Excel, Outlook and Word and have proficient typing skills and excellent customer service skills.
- While this position is in our office, the Parts area is a little more of a blue-collar type environment and they would be spending some (not a significant amount) time in our Warehouse.
