JOB DESCRIPTION:
HRBP TA Associate Duties
- Responsible for pushing the TA process through as quickly as possible, keeping each stakeholder accountable for his/her/their part of the process.
- Responsible for observing intake (RSM) meetings.
- Proactively identify new opportunities and candidate sources for future hires
- Scheduling interviews between candidates and applicable Client staff members, both on-site and via Teams, as needed.
- Conduct initial phone screens and provide thoughtful recommendations while maintaining close communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work with TA and HRBPs to push offer letters through.
- Generating monthly and ad-hoc reporting within our Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
- Assist with the review/updating of existing job descriptions as well as creation of new job descriptions.
- Assist with researching, registering and posting on local job boards to drive more traffic to the Client website.
- Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure social media platforms are used to share job opportunities.
- Assist with researching and registering for local career fairs. Collaborate with key stakeholders around scheduling, preparing the appropriate materials and attending on an as needed basis along with other Client representatives.
- Other administrative or professional responsibilities, as needed;
HRBP TA Associate Requirements
- 2-3 years of high volume recruiting or candidate sourcing experience, preferably with a staffing agency and/or headhunter;
- Experience with/strong familiarity with ATS is a plus.
- Superior customer service skills and demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of staff;
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities and/or multiple teams simultaneously;
- Operates with a high degree of initiative, self-discipline, motivation, and a positive “can do” attitude;
- Executes assignments with an appropriate sense of urgency;
- Ability to apply analytical thinking and sound business judgment;
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information and to be a trusted and respected thought-partner to others;
- Proficiency in Excel/able to create custom reports as well as analyze company-wide recruiting and talent acquisition data;
- Proficiency in PowerPoint/able to create visual presentations and graphics as it relates to recruiting and talent acquisition data;
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

- Adherence to hiring plan
- Positions filled with 1 month deviation to hiring plan by Q2
- Hiring process improvement
- Support managers in all positions to have a fast turnaround time of replacements.
- Opening up requisitions as fast as possible when someone puts in their notice (< 2d).
- Improvement of hiring metrics
- Reduction of aged reqs
- Reduction of % of jobs with agency
- Reduction of TTH and TTF
