Titan Technologies is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator.
Job Summary:
The Recruiting Coordinator reports to the Talent Manager and assists with several recruiting functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creation of all offers for all Titan programs.
- Candidate management to include pre-employment actions and requisition management.
- Post positions to niche sites on an as needed basis.
- Coordinate and schedule all internal and external candidate interviews including phone interviews, in-person interviews and video conference interviews.
- Assist recruiters with various administrative duties and special projects as needed.
- Communicate with candidates throughout their interview process via email and phone to welcome them, provide interview details and answer questions.
- Collaborate with Recruiters to streamline our ATS and help further our best-in-class recruiting processes
- Support ad hoc reporting.
- Other duties assigned as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills as well as high attention to detail.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Recruiting Coordinator capacity.
- Ability to balance multiple time-sensitive priorities and act with urgency while maintaining a high degree of communication and customer service
- Proven capability to work independently and on a multi-functional team.
- Demonstrated ability to use excellent judgement in handling sensitive and confidential information at all times
- Excellent Outlook and Microsoft Office skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting a geographically dispersed team.
- Knowledge of job boards to including posting of jobs and sourcing resumes.

Salary : $44,900 - $56,800
