Overview:
Tellaro Wealth Management (TWM) seeks a Client Service Coordinator to provide impactful support for TWM’s Advisors. Based out of the Boston office, this is a unique opportunity to work in a highly regarded and rapidly expanding Wealth Management firm.
The Client Service Coordinator is the primary facilitator and executor of all new insurance business across Tellaro Wealth Management. This critical, entry-level role will shepherd all new insurance applications/paperwork and inquiries through TWM’s end-to-end onboarding process. From initial insurance application prep work to final policy delivery and account funding, the Client Service Coordinator will own the entire new insurance business operation, and continually enhance and improve the process as needed. This team member’s primary goal is to deliver a seamless and efficient experience for all clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Client Service Coordinator include, but are not limited to, the following:
Insurance Services:
Manage all new insurance business applications and submissions
Liaison between clients and underwriting to satisfy all requirements
Coordinate insurance medical exams
Correspond with medical record retrieval teams
Facilitate policy delivery and acceptance process
Coordinate and align all billing requirements
Prepare Term Conversions and APB illustrations and applications
Monitor and Action Pending Report
Plan and prepare insurance information for weekly status meetings
Issue Change of Beneficiary Forms/Service Requests
Update client data and information in NM Systems
Client Communication:
Manage advisor calendar and scheduling
Professional client communication, including weekly status updates
Gather client data as needed
Ensure all forms and submissions are complete and vetted for accuracy
Operations:
Leverage CRM as the exclusive tool for all workflow, work assignments, and internal task communications
Coordinate new client onboarding process
Update and maintain all new business trackers
Meet and coordinate daily with operations team, advisors as needed
Run financial plans for advisor
Provide team and functional out-of-office support
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Clean background check, U4
Massachusetts Life, Accident & Health License (within first 3 months of hire)
