Summary

This is an entry level position who will manage a comprehensive client login database, diligently detecting and rectifying errors and inconsistencies to ensure seamless access. Proficiently handles and analyzes extensive data sets and possesses a proficient understanding of internet troubleshooting techniques.

This role is primarily working in outlook email, online browsers like Google Chrome and Firefox, excel and SharePoint docs management. The specialist will be making outbound phone calls to vendors for troubleshooting purposes in regard to vendor portal issues, such as password resets, clearing of history/cache/cookies, and reporting functional issues with the online portals.

Responsibilities

Creates, manages and corrects online portal access in accordance with the timelines and priority.

Ability to navigate diverse portals to add user profiles, modify invoice and billing settings.

Accesses online portals to retrieve bulk data and invoices.

Effectively communicates with vendors and employees through phone, chat, and/or email.

Understand and follows proper vendor escalation and support procedures.

Record necessary data elements across platforms to maintain data integrity.

Understands entry workflows, 3rd party integrations and specific processes.

Has ability to decipher vendor services from vendor data provided, general telecom knowledge.

Ability to manipulate large excel documents to be able to import data into application.

Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and escalates needed changes.

Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Analyze data for proper entry, and accuracy of data details and clearing all errors and or notes.

Contributes to team effort by achieving results.
