Job Responsibilities :
Plan People Team Town Halls and various People Team connection events
Assists Manager, HR Planning in obtaining content for presentations and meetings with People Leaders focused on enabling strategy execution
Direct point of contact for HQ audits on policies, guidelines, processes, etc.
Provides project management support under direction of Manager, HR Planning across Performance Enablement & Talent programs
