We are looking for an experienced internal auditor to process real-time applications for the Federal Lifeline Programs to join our team. This is a remote position based out of TX, NV, TN, KY.
The successful candidate will ensure compliance with the verification process, handle compliance and field support inquiries and escalations, conduct independent contractor audits via internal database, and collaborate with multiple departments across the organization to resolve issues and conduct investigations.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Conduct real-time and order audits and report findings accordingly
- Conduct investigations on customer complaints via Help Desk
- Identify, investigate, and track independent and internal contractor violations
- Work with the operations team to ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies
- Identify and report on potential risks to management and recommend appropriate solutions
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal auditing policies
- Accept incoming phone calls for agent escalations
- Handle agent, distributor, and IT support tickets submitted via Help Desk in real- time
- Conduct photo site audits for internal field agents
- Other departmental tasks as needed
Required skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great active listening skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced atmosphere.
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite or related software.
- Must have high speed reliable internet connection (Minimum 25 MBPS download speed, 15 MBPS upload; no hotspot, wi-fi, shared, public access) A speed test will be conducted during the interview.
- Ability to work independently.
- Organizational/Detailed oriented skills.
- Must be available to work Mon - Fri from 8am – 10:15pm EST
- 8 hour shifts
Education/Experiences
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Solid problem solving, troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to multi-task with detail and accuracy.
