TELUS Telus is seeking an ambitious, professional individual to; Provide administrative services to customers as requested. Interface with Telus management and client users. Identify business processes in order to offer suggestions on administrative services. Assist to support and train customers, and with order communication implementation.

• Provide administrative services assistance to customers as requested.
  
• Process and automate data.
• Promote professional services to add to revenue stream.
• Liaison between customers and technical team.
• Provide timely updates to customers.
• Ensures all customer action requests are completed within schedule and delivered satisfactorily to the client’s requirements.
• Consult and suggest administrative efficiencies for our client base.
• Special Projects.
• Database cleanup projects

Knowledge and Skills

• Understanding of ERP systems
• The ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a hectic environment
• Team player, contributes to a positive work environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with customers
• Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, and other PC applications
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business requirements, system documentation, and technical procedures
• Secures and identifies possible causes of problems
• Develops alternative courses of action and makes decisions based on logical assumptions that reflect factual information
• Recognizes creative solutions and innovations
• Strong attributes with customer relations
• Ability to work independently

Career Stream Level - P1

The US base salary range for this position is $56k- $70k USD. This position may be eligible for a 5% performance-based BONUS. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within that range, individual pay is determined by work location and a variety of factors, which may include but are not limited, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
