Check-In Clerk

We currently perform over 6,000 residential, business, job site, and commercial deliveries per day, operating 7 days a week. RESPONSIBILITIES

· Ability to check inbound product identification

· Ability to check product and compare invoices and receiving paperwork to ensure correct pack/size, quantity, product quality, etc.

· Ability to verify quantity of each product to ensure physical count agrees with shipping and receiving documentation

· Complete required paperwork for daily receiving

· Report any variances so that inventory levels are accurately adjusted in system

· Balance parts that are brought back and cross reference used and returned parts

· Audit PODs to make sure all the check marks are checked correctly on the box indicated

· Document any damaged units and the detailed description of the damage

· Identify any reschedule orders and report back with new delivery date on POD and tag the unit

· Ability to speak to Drivers and assist with questions or concerns

Schedule: 1:00pm-8:30 (Monday-Saturday Open Schedule)

Skills:

• High school degree or GED
• Proven customer support experience
• Good and positive attitude
• Proven client service representative experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge MS Outlook - MS Excel - MS Word
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
