Anticipated Salary Range: $56,000 - $80,000
What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
- This role will assist with key client relationship management for Costco and other Alt Channel customers as assigned
- Direct line supervision for the member experience staff monitoring all aspects of Costco customer support
- Foster and support a company-wide culture of customer centricity.
- Demonstrate customer centric behaviors, create standard processes that focus on root cause and corrective action solutions with accountability and growth across the company.
- Handle member escalations and develop effective pro-active reporting for alt channel customers as assigned
- Train, schedule, and develop member experience staff and member concierge roles
- Perform other duties as assigned.
