What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Controller position at Tenaris?
Purpose
- Helps to provide Tenaris Run Ready™ Services to customers, ensuring the correct use of Tenaris technology and service application. Ensures Tenaris and Industry standards are deployed in a safe and efficient manner.
Main Responsibilities
- Adheres to and follows Tenaris operational procedures, standards and recommended practices, following Tenaris Run Ready™ Services Scope of Work (SOW).
- Provides technical assistance at customer location with respect to Tenaris Connections Offload, Casing scan and tally using Tenaris Pipe Tracer Technology™ Application and generate digital tally to customer representative.
- Ensures Tenaris Run Ready™ Services at customer’s location is performed according to Tenaris recommended practices ensuring that site preparations, material offload and related tasks are performed in a safe and working environment, preventing potential problems and incidents.
- Provides training and technical support to customer’s representative on location, when necessary and ensuring customer satisfaction of applicable Tenaris Run Ready™ Services.
- Liaise with customer’s representative on location and obtain feedback about Quality and Service provided to help understand customer’s perception and satisfaction.
- Supports and assists with Field Services equipment rental services which includes delivery and retrieval of tools and equipment from customer’s location.
- Identify and ensures that the right requested rental tool is delivered or retrieved from customer’s location and when applicable, generate proper documentation and service tickets.
- Ensures proper housekeeping, inventory and maintaining of Field Services tools at the workshop, ensuring that tools delivered and retrieved from customer’s location are properly cleaned, inspected and updated in the Tenaris Field Services Inventory Management System (FISE- IMS).
- Maintain all required safety related trainings and certification, ensuring that safety, self-training and knowledge on Tenaris Standards and procedures are maintained and updated accordingly
- Responsible for generating service ticket and ensuring that same is approved and signed by customer’s representative for Run Ready™ Services provided
- Responsible for maintaining and proper utilization of all Tenaris intellectual property, equipment, tools and other resources such as: Laptops, mobile devices, vehicle and scanners.
- Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
- Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per year
