Tend is the premier marketplace for hospitality staff in the US, connecting event professionals and hosts to our network of vetted bartenders, servers and event production team. When you use the Tend app, you have the ability to pick up shifts you actually want to work!
We partner with clients all over the country, offering a variety of events such as:
- Concerts & Sporting events
- Private parties
- Weddings
- Corporate functions
- & more!
Tend allows you to select which type of jobs you want to work, common roles include:
- Event Setup & Breakdown
- Bartender / Server
- Prep / Line Cook
- Ticketing / Check-in
- Guest Relations
What We're Looking For
Tend is looking for passionate, enthusiastic and experienced individuals who are looking for ways to complement their current work schedules & add an additional source of income! Best of all, we have no minimum work requirements, so you literally chose when and where you want to work!
We are looking for people who (professionally)...
- Have at least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry at a restaurant, catering company OR concert/event venue such as a banquet hall, stadium, concert, convention center etc.
- Hold a valid driver's license or identification card
- Must be 18 or older to apply

- Have a relentlessly positive attitude and the patience to deal with the most demanding customers
- Have the ability to overcome adversity and deliver quality service when things don't necessarily go according to plan
- Are reliable and feel a sense of accountability to whichever team they are on and expects the same in return
