As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and implement treatment programs for individual patients, working as an interdisciplinary team member to provide patient assessment, direct patient care, and individualized care planning. You will respond to physician orders, administer and interpret tests and measurements, and review patient charts to modify treatment plans accordingly. You will develop functional goals based on patient and/or family expectations, seeking to return patients to their highest level of independence.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelors, Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Preferred: Previous experience in the outpatient setting
