We are looking for a Program Management Manager to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for regional launch of Program Management tools to meet requirements of the Global Program Management Office (GPMO) and Program Management Office (PMOs).
- Ensure adherence to Tenneco program management processes using software implementation and tool development.
- Ensure flawless tool launch to support regional PMOs with on-time deployment.
- Ensure budget and quality standards are met.
- Schedule and conduct high quality Program Reviews and Gate Reviews for assigned region.
- Serves as PM Tools trainer for region.
- Acts as Program Sponsor ensuring support for Regional PMOs to obtain people, financial and training support.
- Work through team and supplier manager to achieve adherence to program timeline.
- Report program metrics to the Global/Regional PMO organization.
- Gather all requirements from the regional PM organization and articulate the requirements to the supplier and development team.
- Gather lessons learned during Alpha and Beta phases for the project lead.
- Ensure problem identification and resolution for assigned region.
- Ensure high level of integration and collaboration with the regional PMOs and alignment with affected functional managers along with Global Team.
- Audit and verify the effectiveness try out of software using Tenneco data.
- Ensure effective communication with customers, regionally and globally.
- Support program trade-off analysis, balancing cost, time, product and resources.
- Identify program risks early, and help the team develop and execute mitigation strategies and the Red Flag process.
- Escalate risk to leadership team in a timely fashion.
- Ensure and verify the quality of timing plan. Ensure team establishes and meets quality objectives. Ensure suppliers on-time sourcing.
EDUCATION:
- Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Program or Engineering Management and Three years of experience as Product, Project, or Program Engineer or Manager.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Program or Engineering Management and five years of experience as Product, Project, or Program Engineer or Manager.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- The required experience must have been in the automotive or automotive parts industry.
- Up to 25% domestic and/or international travel required.
Salary : $89,200 - $113,000
