We have a diverse environment that will promote learning all sides of the Financial and Accounting aspects in the Automotive Industry. We are looking for Accounting Tech/Purchasing Analyst. This position is responsible for processing and monitoring transactions related to MRO purchasing and accounts payable. The Accounting Tech/Purchasing Analyst position functions as a member of Plant Accounting and reports to the Plant Controller.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process MRO Requisitions, Purchase Orders and Procurement Card
- Monitor Accounts Payable activity with 3rd party and intercompany vendors and assist in resolving discrepancies
- Update vendor database
- Prepare various reports related to Accounts Payable, Shipping and Receiving
- Comply Internal controls and coordinate audit requests related to Accounts Payable and Shipping and Receiving
Required Experience
Education: Associate’s degree
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Order To Cash process (SAP knowledge preferred)
- Hands on, team-oriented and able to perform tasks where time management is key.
- Comfortable working in high-paced plant/warehouse environment.
