Job Description:
Responsible for coordinating and scheduling appointments for customers and Sales Representatives. Previous experience in telemarketing and customer service is a MUST.
Weekly Pay with Unlimited Earnings Potential!!
Responsibilities:
- Manage a Call Center room team and oversee their daily activities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
- Incoming Calls – from prospective clients and setting appointments for sales team to run
- Outgoing Calls – by way of provided lead lists
- Data Entry – entering data as appointments are made
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service & telemarketing or call center management role
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $39,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
