Job Description:
Responsible for coordinating and scheduling appointments for customers and Sales Representatives. Previous experience in telemarketing and customer service is a MUST.

Responsibilities:
Manage a Call Center room team and oversee their daily activities
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
Incoming Calls – from prospective clients and setting appointments for sales team to run
Outgoing Calls – by way of provided lead lists
Data Entry – entering data as appointments are made
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service & telemarketing or call center management role
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
