What we are looking for:
An IT professional excited to work at a dynamic and growing manufacturing company. You are a versatile IT generalist, able to juggle various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, making sure that every person has what they need to get the job done. Your work focus is to Make It Better across a modern and streamlined technology infrastructure, ensuring that it stays modern and streamlined as the business grows and the technology footprint expands. You work daily to respond to on-demand end user issues, as well as working proactively to maintain technology in order to prevent end user issues.

Responsibilities:
  • End user support, including scheduling and installation of updates, as well as limited remote support
  • Manage equipment, credential, and licensing provision for onboarding/offboarding processes, including email, phone, Slack, door codes, storage, etc
  • Setup new end user equipment according to documented standards
  • Manage vendor relationships and issues for fiber, VOIP, etc
  • Provide light assistance with switch/AP management as needed
  • Manage minimal AV infrastructure, including video conferencing
  • Maintain laser jets, and assist where possible with industrial OEM controllers
What you need:
  • OS X admin experience, and some limited Windows admin experience
  • Experience managing vendor relationships
  • Limited experience managing switches, firewalls, and wireless networks
  • A strong desire to learn new systems and responsibilities
  • The ability to assist with creative solutions to short-term problems
  • The ability to juggle short-term needs with long-term maintenance
TEAMWORK:
  • Work closely with a diverse set of peers to provide necessary support and capabilities.
  • Bonus Points: ability to perform minor equipment repairs, OneDrive admin experience
Physical Requirements:
  • Be able to remain in a stationary position 60% of the time
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to communicate with co workers in different departments, office printers, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, phone and computer printer
