ABOUT THE JOB
The Talent Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting Tepa's Recruitment, Talent Development, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. This role is a self-starter who is motivated, organized, and loves to work collaboratively. Additionally, by providing exceptional customer service to our candidates, this role optimizes the candidate experience and plays a key role in branding The Tepa Companies as an employer of choice.
Job responsibilities include:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process by partnering with Recruiting team and hiring managers to post jobs, draft offer letters, and administer pre-employment drug screens and background checks.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of workforce data analytics in the ADP system as well as by Excel and PowerPoint.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers and additional partners, as required, to facilitate the recruiting and pre-employment onboarding processes using various forms of communication. This includes requisition creation, offer letters, drug testing and background check portals.
- Consult with Corporate Human Resources and available resources to ensure all job offers fall within Tepa's applicable internal pay bands.
- Consult with Corporate Human Resources and available resources to ensure all job offers indicate the appropriate FLSA status.
- Partner with the Talent Development Specialist to manage Bullseye Talent Development System to include updating, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Utilize job descriptions and work with leadership to outline and update competency requirements for employees throughout the organization.
- Assist managers with competency assessments for employees throughout the organization.
- Assist the Talent Development Specialist and employee managers with Talent Development Plan quarterly check-ins.
- Assist Talent Management team in attending job fairs and relevant college career events.
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with job candidates.
- Perform other duties as required.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 1 years of coordination experience
- Extensive MS365 experience
- Proven track record of taking initiative to manage high volume and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking System and knowledge of recruiting process.
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills; must be able to interact effectively and in a professional, tactful manner with candidates, employees, managers and senior leadership.
- Organized with experience prioritizing multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time.
- Strong computer and database application skills; proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Proven track record of maintaining a high level of confidentiality in handling employee information.
