We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will oversee and coordinate solar energy projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and fluency in English and Spanish, as you will work closely with our back office in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage solar energy projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage project timelines, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Conduct risk management assessments.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between the US team and the back office in Mexico.
- Maintain excellent client relationships, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the solar energy sector.
- Native English speaker (American born) with fluent Spanish communication skills.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety standards, environmental regulations, and construction codes in solar energy.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Compensation Based on Qualifications and Experience
Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
