The IC Dispatcher owns the relationship with our valued Independent Contractors and is instrumental in the successful coordination of the timely and accurate installation of advertisements on our wellness kiosks. The key responsibilities of this function are to provide exceptional support to our installers, be quick to respond to questions and troubleshooting concerns, and proactively monitor the installation process to ensure job completion and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Responsible for the coordination and dispatching of contract installers.

Act as the main point of contact for all Independent Contractor facing communication via phone, text, and E-mail.

Develop a strong relationship with Independent Contractors.

Offer exceptional support to installers to ensure that their professional needs are being met.

Manage installer expectations to align with operational capabilities.

Work cooperatively with customer service/sales to provide solutions for customers needs and resolve issues.

Review and approved or dispute IC invoices for timely payment.

Review exceptions and identify trends to anticipate problems.

Minimum Required Education and Work Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred

1 year of experience as a dispatcher or similar role
Physical Requirements:

This is a stationary position, with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.

This position will require prolonged periods of operating a computer/keyboard/mouse/monitor and other office productivity machinery such as a copy machine, computer printer and telephone.

The person in this position needs to occasionally move about the office to access office machinery or attend meetings.

Work is performed in a temperature-controlled environment, but employee may be required to travel to off-site meetings for business purposes.
