Our next Manager, Enterprise Training will provide leadership, guidance, and support for the Training and Development strategy and implementation across the organization.

You will be challenged to work strategically and tactically to do ensure our new hires and existing employees have the training and training resources they need to excel in their role.
One minute you will be creating original training content for first-line supervisors in our grow and processing facilities.
The next minute partnering with compliance to plan and execute annual required training.
And the next minute delivering reports to HR and Business-leadership teams on progress with current training programs.
Regardless of the task, it's critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you'll work with diverse individuals, teams, and stakeholders across the organization.

Where you'll be planted:
This is a hybrid position that will require 1-2 days/week on-site in our King of Prussia, PA location. This role will require occasional travel to our grow & processing facilities and retail locations across our 5-state network.

To be blunt, this role will be about:
    • Coordinating centralized training needs, gathering requirements, setting expectations across the enterprise.
    • Driving the entire retail/Grow & Processing training & education lifecycle from planning, development, recording, editing and deployment of the learning tools and solutions.
    • Analyzing data and reports, delivering training reports, and reporting on metrics as requested.
    • Working with subject matter experts to create original training content and developing programs to achieve learning goals.
    • Utilizing eLearning and internal LMS platform development tools to create interactive online learning classes, inclusive of recording and editing audio, video, and other interactive elements to create a consistent and modern learning experience as these platforms become available.
    • Building role-based training programs for Retail/Grow & Processing employees that support job knowledge, upskilling, re-skilling and cross-training.
    • Recommending structure, format, and cadence for training programs.
    • Using project management techniques to ensure training programs meet requirements and are delivered on time
    • Identifying field best practices and working to implement successful programs across the enterprise.
    • Working cross-functionally to support training programs across the organization
What we're high on...We value diverse skillsets, talents, and experiences. To be successful in this role we know you'll need:
    • Bachelor's Degree: Training and Development, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
    • 5 years of experience in Training & Development, Instructional Design, or Human Resources with a heavy focus on Training.
    • 2-3 years of experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) including system set-up, administration, reporting, and analytical work.
    • High proficiency level with full Microsoft Office Suite required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
    • Ability to communicate effectively across business units, functional teams, and with individuals at all levels of the organizations.
    • Ability to analyze information, gather feedback effectively, creates company-wide reporting
    • Experience with larger scale project management and company-wide roll outs
