Tesla participates in the E-Verify Program
- Lead site initiatives for waste reduction and revenue maximization
- Negotiate commercial rates for scrap materials and manage vendor relationships
- Develop plans for the expansion of Recycling Operations
- Identify and implement opportunities for waste/scrap stream reduction
- Manage operational expenses within budget forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Gigafactory Nevada
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and report incidents promptly
- 2-3 years of recycling or commodity sales/purchasing experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; budgetary planning and P&L management experience
- Ability to handle objects up to 50 pounds and commitment to quality work
- Strong organizational, listening, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated work ethic, follow-through, and a proactive attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends/nights in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
