- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, designers, and engineers and bring ideas and concepts to life in lean UX, fast paced, user-focused, agile teams.
- Invest in building relationships and trust with all team members within the company and building a strong network across Tesla, globally.
- Have an open mindset to receiving feedback and providing constructive critiques to help one another meet/exceed business needs and achieve success together quickly.
- Participate in design collaborations, rapidly prototype, test, and iterate experiences for the Tesla OS and Tesla Partners on data-heavy, business productivity applications, and for big data, large screen live dashboards.
- Create user flows, design mockups, wireframes, user journeys, interactive prototypes, prototype demo videos, and produce visual assets. Create design specs for proper implementation on a wide range of devices and interfaces as well as contribute to developing design standards and patterns.
- 3 years of experience designing software applications for web, iOS, Android, and/or TV and have a deep understanding of mobile-first, responsive design. Or have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI or Design.
- Experience in designing for data-heavy, productivity applications is a plus.
- Have exceptional visual and user interface design skills and user-centered design principles, a great sense of esthetics, and have an affinity for minimal design, high consistency, standards, and attention to details.
- Expertise in using design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is required.
- Experience in planning and conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, and/or designing for accessibility standards.
- Prior experience working within a technical environment and have a strong ability to articulate ideas and solutions as well as stay highly organized is essential.
- You love and thrive in dynamic, fast paced, non-bureaucratic, data-driven, and/or collaborative teams.
- You are passionate in joining us in our mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design including one of the following: HCI, UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Service Design, Information Architecture, Human Factors, and/or a portfolio that showcases exceptional design experience.

$88,000 - $300,000/annual salary cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
