Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, maintaining, and retrieving data into/from computer systems.

Duties:

- Enter data into appropriate databases accurately and efficiently
- Create and maintain spreadsheets using Excel
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
- Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
- Input orders and process order entries in a timely manner
- Transcribe information from paper documents into digital formats
- Utilize various software systems for data entry and management

Experience:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy
- Familiarity with databases and data entry systems
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Basic math skills for data analysis and calculations
- Prior experience in data collection and order entry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
