Core Duties* of an ELECTRICIAN at Fleetwood Homes:
- Strip wires in switches and recepts to begin installation process – using approved wire strippers.
- Secure device to junction box and then apply proper fire stop requirements.
- Install cover onto device.
- Trace short in circuit by disconnecting electrical devices from outlets.

Physical Requirements* of an ELECTRICIAN at Fleetwood Homes:
- Ability to enter and exit houses on a consistent basis by climbing stairs.
- Ability to safely ascend and descend ladders as needed.
- Must be able to work on your knees (knee pads are acceptable) for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work in a construction-type environment while maintaining a solid pace.
- Must be able to work safely with others in tight spaces in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:
- Continuous exposure to heat, cold, noise, and working outdoors.
- Must wear protective equipment while at the location
Qualifications:
- Construction or Warehouse Experience a plus, but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in a climate-protected environment
- Skilled in the operation and control of hand tools (tape measure, hammer, utility knife, etc.)
- Flexible to work in a fast paced, changing environment
- Not afraid to get dirty and handle tools/equipment on a daily basis
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
