Job Description
TGR is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee our flagship location in Jackson Hole, WY. Our ideal candidate is not only an outgoing mountain loving leader with a background in retail, but an entrepreneur who is excited to share the stoke of TGR with others as we grow and expand the brand. In addition, they must have a flexible attitude with the ability to wear many hats and promote our passion for the outdoors.
Primary Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the growth of revenue by driving and sales and business results through a premium guest experience, employee relations and operations within TGR’s principles.
- Lead by example while managing and motivating all store employees.
- Recruit, train, hire, staff and develop a passionate driven team.
- Uphold all retail operation principles and retail best practices.
- Partner with HQ to create traffic drivers, build customer experience and grow the TGR’s fan base.
- Build relationships within the community and with every person that walks through the door.
- Monitor and analyze KPI’s to create strategies for improving performance.
- Manage all floor merches, inventory flow, reporting, etc.
- Communicate with the TGR team for all needs of the store.
- Store maintenance, merchandising, staffing, and maintaining a proper aesthetic.
- Create an above and beyond 5 star customer experience.
- Participate in New store openings and TGR events when needed.
- Self starter, organized, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.
- Has the fire and stoke to grow with the company.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jackson, WY 83001: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 4 years (Preferred)
- Retail Store Managers: 3 years (Preferred)
