Your Role:
• Work collaboratively with other experts in numerous locations across Tetra Tech's broad US geography to secure new work and deliver exceptional technical solutions to our clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Army and other Department of Defense (DoD) clients to maximize contract and project opportunities.
• Stay well-informed of Army and Department of Defense programs and opportunities contracted through existing relationships, developing new relationships, and participation in professional organizations.
• Meet with key clients and potential clients to share Tetra Tech’s capabilities and foster strong client relationships.
• Support preparation of proposals, cost estimates, and business development materials.
• Develop new client accounts and work with existing Tetra Tech account managers and market sector leaders to expand existing client accounts.
• Prepare proposals, manage programs/projects, and perform technical work as necessary balancing sales and utilization.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to increase client base for a broad range of integrated services.
• Identify, develop, and nurture strategic partnerships with large and small business partners for major government projects.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Planning, Geology or a related study is required.
• 20 years of experience working Army programs
• In-depth knowledge of Army and Department of Defense programs.
• Experience and knowledge of Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) and Army Environmental Command (AEC) is highly desired.
• Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Knowledge of the US Army, Navy, Air Force or other DoD organizations is required.
• DOD Security Clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance is required.
