Our team is looking for an experienced consultative Recruiter who will deliver an exceptional candidate experience at each stage of the conversation and manage full-cycle recruiting while building strong partnerships with hiring managers and teams. This is not a high volume recruiting position The Recruiter should be comfortable managing approximately 20 open positions ranging from entry level to strategic and will spend time developing relationships and using targeted sourcing strategies to find and recruit the best.
This role can be remote or hybrid and supports recruitment across the United States.
In partnership with hiring managers and HR, you will:
- Create and execute strategic sourcing strategy using all industry standard platforms and channels to help differentiate and promote Tetra Tech
- Source candidates from passive candidate pools including competitors within our industry/market
- Lead/assist in the creation of job descriptions and postings that reflect job responsibilities, duties and requirements
- Manage ATS to post jobs to various internet sites and disposition candidates in a timely manner
- Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for each position
- Participate/faciliate virtual career fair/college campus fairs and other social media campaigns
- Review resumes and screen/interview candidates to determine technical and team/culture fit
- Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making process with technical interviewers and hiring managers
- Drive offer process; prepare and send formal offer letters
- Maintain ongoing communication with current talent pool, both active and inactive candidates
- Drive diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations as it relates to sourcing and hiring practices
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience recruiting for engineers, scientists and niche skill sets
- Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems; Taleo experience preferred
- Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes to identify fit
- Effective interview skills with ability to screen for both technical and culture/team fit
- Solid technical and industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant technical skills, target companies and communities
- Independent, self-directed, detail oriented, team player, analytical with the ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously
- Strong business acumen to partner, consult and build relationships at all levels
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and demonstrated skills with tools such as LinkedIn, Handshake, CareerArc, Google Search, Yello and Taleo
- Must be highly organized with excellent time-management skills
- Knowledge of human resource functions to include recruitment, onboarding and HR compliance
- Minimum 5 years’ recruiting experience
The salary range for this position is approximately $60,000 to $80,000 depending on education, experience, skills and location.
