Your Opportunity
Glumac is seeking an HR/Recruiting Coordinator in our Seattle office to support the recruitment team in all recruitment efforts. A hybrid work environment is available to staff that can demonstrate good communication, quality, and accountability across their work products and efforts. The office is always available for those that desire an in-office environment full-time.
Your Impact
Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Support our Recruiters in the Oracle Taleo system throughout the recruitment process to post job ads and manage candidate applications promptly.
- Manage a high volume of candidates and coordinate multi-step interview scheduling with efficiency and accuracy to ensure a smooth, well-supported candidate experience.
- Post and ensure all job ads are consistent, match Glumac’s internal template, and are updated for each job req.
- Gather interview feedback and ensure candidate records are accurately and consistently documented and maintained.
- Reporting on weekly, monthly, and annual recruitment processes and metrics.
- Update all efforts in Glumac’s internal Teams Tracker.
- Participate in creating offer letters in Taleo and ensuring the approval process is completed.
- Send follow-up emails to candidates who have received job offers.
- Track industry salary data for various sectors.
- Support our College and University recruitment program.
- Maintain strict confidentiality as it pertains to all HR issues.
- Support the HR Team on various projects and initiatives as they arise and are assigned.
What You Bring – Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a corporate HR or Talent Acquisition department.
- Experience working at an engineering or architecture firm is a plus.
- Ability to identify data discrepancies that come from multiple sources, reconcile, and correct as necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including acute attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to act independently, with minimal daily direction to accomplish objectives.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees with a focus on customer service for our clients, both internally and externally.
- Position requires a high level of honesty, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Software Skills: Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Oracle.
