Brief Overview of Position
This role provides oversight and support to a booking team that specializes in accurate onboarding of all commercial products originated within the bank. This role is critical due to the complex nature of commercial loan products in addition to the complexities of the core loan system.
- Manage the daily activities of the booking team for all loan and product types.
- Work distribution including incoming emails, booking requests, special projects, and customer service requests and escalations
- Assist team with training new employees, as needed
- Assist with process and procedure documentation and validation
- Work special projects as needed
- Manage escalations within the booking team
- Manage workflow to ensure deadlines are met
- Work quality reports, metrics reports, and any additional operational reports required
- Interview, hire, and onboard talent within the team
- Manage performance and development within the team to include performance counseling, performance/merit reviews, and terminations as required
- Foster a team environment centered around individual accountability while driving production and accuracy

Qualifications:
- Required – minimum 6 years of loan related banking experience, with a minimum of 4 years commercial lending experience
- Preferred – minimum of 2 years of team lead/people management experience in a production environment
- Required – minimum of 2 years of ACBS loan system experience, with preference for 4 years/expert level ACBS system knowledge in either a loan servicing or loan booking capacity

- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with line of business partners, relationship associates, and all levels of management
