Entry Level Sales Trainee

We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our sales team. As an Entry Level Sales Assistant, you will be trained, from the ground up, on all aspects of our client accounts and campaigns. By directly communicating with customers on a daily basis, you will be an integral part of our client’s campaign initiatives by demonstrating product knowledge, customer service, and support. This is an entry-level role and no experience is necessary.

As an Entry Level Sales Assistant, you will learn all the intricacies of client and brand management, lead generation, compliance standards, and customer acquisition. By learning how to analyze market trends, both local and national, the Entry Level Sales Assistant will be able to best assist our Sales team through campaign optimization.

Entry-Level Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

• Attend all necessary training meeting and conferences
• Meet with the sales and Assistant teams daily
• Handle all customer interactions with high levels of compliance
• Develop personal customer relationships and rapport
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to optimize for clients
• Develop campaign information for current and future clients
• Assist in expansion opportunities
• Attend national conferences to further develop industry skill set

Entry-Level Sales Assistant Requirements:

• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable working in group settings or individually

Pay: From $750.00 per week
