ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide professional, friendly, courteous service to visitors and employees.
- Assist with answering multi-line switchboard.
- Maintain accurate records to assist internal and external calls, i.e. phone extensions, special events, game schedules, etc.
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories..
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of baseball preferred
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
