Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations
- Develop strategies to drive store sales and achieve KPIs
- Supervise, train, and mentor retail staff
- Inventory management, including ordering and maintaining stock levels
- Customer service management
- Budgeting and financial reporting
- Implement company policies and procedures
- Liaison with upper management and other departments as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
