Position: Store Manager
Location: Dallas - Fort Worth Market
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations
  • Develop strategies to drive store sales and achieve KPIs
  • Supervise, train, and mentor retail staff
  • Inventory management, including ordering and maintaining stock levels
  • Customer service management
  • Budgeting and financial reporting
  • Implement company policies and procedures
  • Liaison with upper management and other departments as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Customer Focus:
A strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to implement strategies to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Financial Acumen:
Proficiency in budget management, reporting, and analyzing financial data.

Inventory Management:
Prior experience in effective inventory control and management.

Business Savvy:
Ability to understand market trends and make business decisions accordingly.

Time Management:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Technology:
Competence in using retail management software and other relevant technology.

Conflict Resolution:
Ability to handle customer complaints and staff conflicts effectively.

Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and performance metrics.
