The Fort Bliss Hub Lead will be an experienced FSR given additional leadership and technical duties. This person will continue to support our customer with his/her technical and logistical skill as an FSR, while also performing the following additional tasks:
- Supervision of FSRs at Fort Bliss, TX.
- Management and oversite of unit rotational schedule at PTA.
- FSR scheduling, time off approval, timecard approval.
- Weekly COLTS accuracy checks and appropriate remedial action for issues.
- Report up of SSR impacts to Regional Manager.
- Submittal of all Over Time Requests to Regional Manager.
- Write and deliver PMP and Career File discussions, as well as ongoing feedback on performance and career goals. Development of assigned crews’ skills and performance.
- Consolidate and send weekly reports to regional manager
- Ensure Units going to PTA are supported by an FSR and all parts reqs/COLTS transactions are made properly.
- Quarterly Training record inspections.
- Weekly Safety Meetings.
- Assign FSR’s throughout Site per FSR support requests/2407’s.
- Attend Weekly Garrison Call.
- Conduct monthly CLS window Audit.
- Day to day management of assigned scope.
Qualifications:
- Technical Inspector certification,
- Minimum 3 years performing FSR responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous supervisory experience
- Strong working knowledge of COLTS accuracy and accountability
