They will be familiar with operating various machinery and equipment, as well as following standard operating procedures. Attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a team are essential.
This is a full-time position with first shift hours.

Responsibilities include:
- Operating machinery and equipment to produce composite parts and materials
- Monitoring the production process to ensure quality and productivity targets are met
- Performing routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
- Inspecting finished products for quality and conformance to specifications
- Following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Recording and maintaining production data and reports
- Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in composite manufacturing or a related field
- Experience operating machinery and equipment
- Knowledge of standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
