Role and Responsibilities
This position will be tasked with directing, overseeing, and supporting the efforts of the Texture, Inc. Kona, Hawaii team. This role will also provide internal support to team members by providing regular updates on customer schedules and forecasted material needs. This role reports directly to company leadership and has accountability to the team.
- Provide leadership and support to the team at the Kona branch of Texture, Inc.
- Follow and instruct the team on company policies and procedures.
- Be a brand ambassador promoting the Texture culture for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee office workflow and execution of Admin and Job captain’s duties (AR/AP/Projects as required)
- Assess and provide ongoing performance feedback to the team and senior leadership.
- Communicating effectively with clients and team members to interpret their requirements and needs
- Collaborate with internal and external teams on continuous improvement of the customer experience
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Manage projects and client interactions so they feel and understand our commitment to Service and People.
- Perform other management related functions as directed by leadership
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
