TForce LSM, a logistics provider of integrated supply chain solutions and wholly owned subsidiary of the multi-billion-dollar TFI International Company, is seeking experienced, innovative field salespeople to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager you must be able to identify, prospect, and secure business through consultative selling practices that provide solutions that meet/exceed the customers’ expectations supported by our excellent operations team to fulfill your customer commitments.

· Hunter mentality with proven skills to influence the customers’ key decision makers.
· Consultative seller: promoting processes that make TFLSM the customers’ valued service provider based on reasonably priced solutions.
· Problem solver who is strategic in identifying gaps in customer supply chain and able to develop effective solutions.
· Understands the importance of detail and the benefits of using a robust CRM.
Key Essential Functions
· Must be able to identify shippers, prospect, and secure logistics business using all modes.
· Ability to foster and maintain relationships with customers to develop long-term account value.
· Must be flexible and adaptable in your consultative selling approach; able to identify and recommend solutions beneficial to all involved with a proven skill in negotiating with customers, completing transactions, and producing mutually beneficial results.
· Demonstrated highly effective verbal and written communication skills. Has a proactive approach to communication including but not limited to timely follow up and follow through. Must possess the skills and ability to prepare and present concise, accurate, and professional sales presentations.
· Collaborate and effectively communicate across the enterprise with all levels of operations personnel and customer operational structure. Must be a strong team player.
· Ability to resolve complex situations. Identify the areas of opportunity within the customer supply chain and be able to leverage the opportunity for TForce LSM to provide innovative solutions.
· Understand and exercise discipline while adhering to and operating within the sales cycle.
Education and Experience:
· Minimum of 3 years related logistics field sales experience required. 5 years a plus
· A college degree preferred but not required.
