This role requires a self-starter who has a knack for anticipating the needs of the team and who can effectively resolve admin and operational issues before they arise. As an Administrator, you are the glue that keeps the Estimating team together and the driving strength that keeps them moving forward. This is an opportunity to be part of an all-star team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Navigates client websites to procure bid documents and upload them accordingly.
  • Proactively assists in the maintenance of bid documents for estimating purposes (plans, specs, RFI, addenda, quotes, and proposals).
  • Effectively schedules bid review meetings.
  • Effectively communicates both verbally and in writing to project team, clients, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Establishes and maintains open, positive relationships with various stakeholders.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a support/administrative role, with a minor understanding of construction preferred.
  • Has a keen attention to detail.
  • Is proficient in all Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
