PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Navigates client websites to procure bid documents and upload them accordingly.
- Proactively assists in the maintenance of bid documents for estimating purposes (plans, specs, RFI, addenda, quotes, and proposals).
- Effectively schedules bid review meetings.
- Effectively communicates both verbally and in writing to project team, clients, vendors, and suppliers.
- Establishes and maintains open, positive relationships with various stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a support/administrative role, with a minor understanding of construction preferred.
- Has a keen attention to detail.
- Is proficient in all Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
